Dilek Grup Acquires Ontex Turkey (Canbebe & Canped)

Gayzer advised Dilek Grup on the acquisition of Ontex Türkiye, the Turkish operations of Ontex Global.

We are proud to announce that Dilek Grup has signed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire Ontex Türkiye, a leading player in the personal hygiene sector, owns well-known brands such as Canbebe and Canped.

This acquisition marks a strategic expansion for Dilek Grup, reinforcing its position in the personal hygiene market. Following its recent acquisition of Canan Kozmetik from L’Oréal, Dilek Grup continues to strengthen its presence in the FMCG sector through targeted investments.

The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
