Globeducate has acquired Vaikystės Sodas and Karalienės Mortos Mokykla

Globeducate has completed the acquisition of Karalienės Mortos Mokykla and Vaikystės Sodas, two leading private education institutions in Lithuania

Following the signing of the Share Purchase Agreement in June 2026, the transaction received clearance from the Lithuanian Competition Council, upon which the deal was successfully closed.

This acquisition is a significant milestone in Globeducate's strategy to strengthen its presence in the Baltics and to expand its global network of international schools. Karalienės Mortos Mokykla and Vaikystės Sodas have built a strong reputation for academic excellence across early childhood and K-12 education, offering students a learning environment that combines international best practices with local excellence. By joining Globeducate, the schools and their community will gain access to broader resources, global educational programs, and opportunities for collaboration across more than 65 premium international schools worldwide.
